My husband & I were visiting my 80yro wee mammy to take her to her first outdoor concert. She was SO excited. We popped out to the shops & received a text to say it was cancelled!
Instead of going home with bad news, I absolutely panic bought afternoon tea at a 5 star hotel for us instead.
We are vegetarian (my mam isn’t),
so when we saw an impressively intricate vegan offering, we were super excited! Scotland doesn’t tend to have too much variety for even us veggies, never mind vegans…(outside of vegan establishments)
Had to try it rather than do the usual “can we have cheese instead of salmon” malarky. Was absolutely gorgeous!
