I have been stopping at every Trader Joe’s in town and they don’t have it. I have four locations where I live and somehow, due to some weird glitch in the system as they tell me, none of those jars are here. I will keep checking.
But after all, I live in Tucson where dreams go to die so what else should I expect.

Calabrian chilis are up there with serrano and jalapenos. On paper, none of them should be very hot. But all three are like spinning a roulette wheel and trying not to get gonked in the face.
