Trying to up my plating game for dinner parties, this is about as complicated as I’ve ever gone and I’m ok with it; the fish was hard to reliably stack in an interesting way and I should have put the clear plate on a white tablecloth for contrast before snapping but the rush of trying to plate 14 of these solo before my friends got bored led to compromises in documentation 🤣
