5 Serranos, 3 Jalapenos, 2 Anaheims + Spicy Chorizo Queso headed for the smoker

    Recipe:

    2 lbs Velveeta

    2/3 lbs Spicy Chorizo

    1/2 lbs Gouda

    1 can RoTel

    1 Can Cream of Celery / Mushroom / Jalapeno soup

    As many peppers as you like

    A few shakes of your favorite BBQ rub, or just regular pepper flakes

    90 minutes – 3 hours at 300F in a smoker

    Use lighter fruit woods like Cherry, Apple or Pecan

    Stir after an hour, then again every 20 minutes
