Everything I’ve tried from them has been fantastic so far. The Ancho Masala is my favorite with great heat and flavour. For reference, I’d say the Yucateco Mayan recipe is a 6 and the Ancho is a solid 8.5 heat wise. I find them regularly at TJ max discounted 50%. These things are lifesavers on a low cal diet.

I 2nd that.. they make great sauces. That aka miso one is pretty spot on! Never had anything quite like it

I worked with James! Super good dude. Happy to see him 10 years later living out his dream. Check out season 4 of Master Chef. He had a very strong showing.

Big fan of the Ancho Masala and the Aka Miso. Haven’t tried that other one yet
Ghost pepper blueberry is the best
