I got this thinking I could use for my buttermilk/hot sauce brine for chicken. It’s nothing but sugar, and like 4 different forms of sugar too. One taste and I knew I’m just using hot sauce. Not that sugar is bad in brine, but it’s too sweet. Big disappointment. Please learn from my error. Throwing in the trash, no use.

    Their regular buffalo is fantastic, but as others have said I’m over the Nashville craze.
