It doesn’t look like much… But this is one of my favorite, easy breakfasts!

This is a staple that I make (I’m sure we all do!) when I’m not in the mood to take any more than 5 minutes of prep.

-Recipe-
50g Oats (I use Extra Thick Rolled Oats)
1Tbsp Golden Flax Meal
1tsp+ Cinnamon
80g+ Frozen Wild Blueberries

Add water (or plant-based milk) & Mix.
Microwave for 2min.

You can put anything on top. I did a half banana. Sometimes I will do a peach, or strawberries & kiwi, etc. Sometimes I will sprinkle some hemp or other seeds, or homemade granola. This recipe as-is doesn’t have too many calories (around 300), but it’s super filling, and you can add more to it depending on your tastes!
