– Costco brand protein bars probably have better macros/ingredients for similar price, but I often buy these pure protein bars because they taste like candybars.
– Also, for value protein, Costco periodically has the Optimum Nutrition Gold standard Whey Protein 5.5lb bags for $54 (instead of paying $79 on Amazon or $85 at GNC).
– But for me, Costco’s best value for volume eating is their berries, fat free greek yogurt, egg whites, almond milk, mixed greens, spinach (and occasionally giant lowfat cottage cheese or doublepack of 45 cal Sarah Lee bread).

Are they expired? Some of them say “Best before July 2023” ???
Be careful. I just got expired nocowbars and the chocolate coating was white(supposed to be brown)
