One of my favorite sandwiches is a Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich. It has Rye Bread, Corned Beef, sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese, and thousand island dressing.

The griddle I use is the Blackstone Griddle. I love using the Blackstone Griddle because it gets hot fast and clean-up is easy. This entire cook took less than 10 minutes and the Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich turned out amazing.

  1. I saw a chef on TV today making a Reuben Sandwich and it looked delicious. Going to the grocery store today and I'm including these items to make me a Reuben Sandwich. My mouth is watering at the end of the video.

  2. Kraft thousand island dressing instead of homemade, pre sliced, very low quality swiss cheese, rye bread not from a bakery. Thanks, but no thanks. Wouldn't it be a lot faster, easier, and work just as well, done in a cast iron skillet on a range top instead of heating up a big "Blackstone" griddle?

  3. Working a griddle, use your spatula and a pair of tongs, better control of your ingredients

  4. My guy brought home all the ingredients & said "I'm dying for a good Reuben, can you please make these for our dinner?" I'd never had a Reuben before, had no idea how to make one but instead of letting him know that, I used to your wonderful vid (wearing headphones, I put this vid on loop) I'm happy to report he said it was one of the best he's had!!! Thanks 🙏 & subbed. Looking forward to using your vids, more
They're simple & direct w no BS. XO

  5. Awesome. The only thing I do different is I use Arby's Horsey sauce instead of thousand island dressing.

  6. Made these tonight. First off, thank you for the recipe and video!!
My wife loves Rueben’s, she said these where almost as good as the local restaurant. Which is quite the compliment!!
