  1. I made this a few days ago but unfortunately it didn't set firm enough since I deflated the egg whites too much. Solution? Pop a cup into the freezer half an hour before you eat it, turns it perfect that way😂

  2. Hi ive made this afew times & it comes out abit runny-( i let it set for 7 hrs) what could i be doing wrong? The flavour is still yum though

  4. How do you find good quality chocolate? Suggested brands? I live in southeast USA. I’m always overwhelmed by the selection of chocolate and the % cocoa confuses me. It’s hard to tell between cheap and quality.

    I’ve tried to make chocolate ganache before and it might have been my technique but the heavy cream and chocolate chips I used didn’t stay mixed (after refrigerating overnight there was liquid above the chocolate mass below)

You forgot about the egg yolks and sugar mixture and my kids were following your method to the letter and we realised too late that it had been forgotten 😬so unfortunately had to put it in after the egg whites had been folded in, thus ruining the texture! Needless to say unhappy kids weren’t very impressed by it. Because this video was made a year ago, there’s no reason xx use for not correcting this! So anyone else using this video, be aware of this mistake!!!
