  1. The difference between a regular diet and a low sodium (salt ) is only a couple of points (mm Hg) in healthy people.

  2. first off great recipe, but canola, soybean, corn and any vegetable oils are poisons to the human body, they are guaranteed to cause obesity over time. real cold pressed Kalamata olive oils is what should be used for eating uncooked. yes its expensive but so is fixing your health.

  3. Okay.. now I see what the comments are saying. That is quite a lot of salt. But considering she is only using 1 tablespploon per serving I feel it's okay

  4. Lol. What a joke, adding sugar to an Italian dressing. You talk about this homemade version being better than store brands because of preservatives… store brands also idiotically add sugar to theirs too. Sugar is added to everything in our food these days, when it shouldn’t be. It is not good for you!

And the amount of salt was redonkulous as well. It honestly doesn’t even need any! Hell, didn’t you even start with garlic salt instead of garlic powder too? Lol.

No idea why you are adding water either. It doesn’t need to be thinned down.

  5. Don't put sugar, and use olive oil instead of canola oil. Otherwise good.

The good thing is that there are no preservatives, and it easily costs one-fourth of the store-bought bottled dressing.

  6. Canola Oil… Really? GMO product oil from the rapeseed plant that has very little flavour and is likely unhealthy. I'll stick with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a true cold pressed high quality olive oil explodes with richness and flavour.

  7. This video must be a troll..

The original title was "How to completely crush everyone's palate at your next dinner gathering"

  8. Finally! I always wanted to recreate the taste of store bought Italian dressing but always missed the key ingredients. Amazing recipe, thanks!

  9. Why, why ughh use canola oil!!! When Italian cuisine is based on good EXTRA VIRGIN OIL…. mother of god!! Huge turn off! Americans wonder why Italians remain slim! Hellooo! ✨💖🥰✨ eat wisely ✨

  10. Canola oil? There’s no getting away from the lie…. If it was good for you then we would stick with a store brand. And I bet you recommend margarine as well instead of butter.

  11. This is really delicious, albeit a tad saltier than I usually make. I added 1/4 t. of red pepper flakes to make it a bit zestier. So tasty! Next time I make the mix, I'll probably use garlic powder instead of garlic salt, or reduce the amount of table salt by half.

  12. Do not use seed oil like canola, the whole teason for making your own is to get away from polunsaturared oils. Use oluve or avocado oil instead

  13. I only use two ingredients.
Olive oil and red wine vinegar. If both ingredients are added in the right amount its delicious

  14. Skip the canola oil and your body will thank you for not consuming acidic seed oil. Use the olive oil instead

  15. Talks about this being better than store bought

Then adds Canola oil. Most poisonous ingredient found in storebought Italian dressing. Absolute fucking morons

  16. I rub the dry seasonings on chicken halves and then add the vinegar and olive mix for amazing marinate d grilled chicken.

  17. With all recipes, made my adjustments on the salt, oil type & sugar to suit my dietary needs. Enjoyed the dried mixture not only for the dressing, but as a base for other recipes. This one is a keeper. Thank you.

  18. i believe that you would need to reduce the salt, remove the sugar and use extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, and this would be healthy. Research what highly processed seed oils and surgar does to you body.
