  1. Every time I try to make Jambalaya. My rice comes out undercooked. But I eat it anyway. Groceries are expensive and I don't have EBT.

  2. New sub, must be the hexclad game workin the all mighty algo!

  3. Why are ya washing the rice like that ya can wash your rice 3 times just saying not bashing or anything

  4. The sausage should be in the jambalaya as long as possible to incorporate those flavors this isn’t really “jambalaya” at all

  5. I tried the jambalaya off " The Kitchn" recipe from a Google search twice now, and both came out phenomenal. However, it didn't call for Worcestershire sauce or tomato paste, so I didn't bother, but what I did do was saute the veggies then set them aside just like the sausage and chicken and did the rice with a bit of bacon fat. My goal was to make it so the vegetables came out, Al dante. I'm going to have to give your recipe a try sometime. It looks delicious.

  6. I can never get my rice right doing it that way so I cook it separately 😩 lol.

  7. Thanks so I will make this for my mothers birthday dinner, I will send you a picture of it. Looks delicious I hope mine will turn out as good as yours.

  8. Excelent presentation and recipe. I tried it for the first time tonight and it was a hit with the family.

  9. I was checking email. Logged on to you tube and saw that vid. Bruh. That shhh look so good i got up got dressed went to safeway and spent 60 bucks just to make it. Never made it before its in the final simmering on low to good the chicken thru but this house smells ONO.

  10. Bro, you killed me with the "worst word in the world sauce" but I swear, that's what I'm calling it from now on too. All credit to you for that one.

  11. Excellent!! I added a few slices of lemon and a few, fresh off the plant, sliced okra, along with the meat, at the end. Could not have been better!
