  3. About to attempt this recipe. I have never made a cheesecake or used a springform pan before. My pan is nonstick and it appears in the video that she is not greasing or lining the pan at all. Advice? Do I need to?

  4. My husband's favorite cheesecake was from that cheesecake factory. I would order one for his birthday every year. I am a horrible cook and burn everything so I was not going to attempt making a cheesecake…. I saw your recipe last month and decided to give it a try. Best thing Ever!! He loved it. I didn't burn it and it turned out perfect. I even did the water bath.   8. The baking is absolutely wrong. I had it in the oven for 300 less than an hour and a quater and was baked too much…. it would be also smart to tell the audience on what TYPE of preheat the oven should be…. no fan, lower and uper heat together? or lower? …. Too much useless stuff in the video and too much important stuff left out.
