Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– 3 medium yellow onions
– 2.25 lb (36 oz) frozen (or fresh) green beans
– 8 medium Tomatoes on the Vine
– 2 heaping tbsp (85grams or 3 oz) tomato paste
– 1 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 1/2 tsp paprika
– 3 cups boiled water

Simmer for about 1 hour.
