  1. Alrighty–that does look good! I am opposite and have really only liked egg salad with mayo. I will try this one. Your tuna salad is so good–not for sandwiches though (I bet the above would be good with tuna instead of egg or both if you are so inclined).

  3. Love your recipe, one tip though. I use a potato masher to "chop" my egg & avocado in the bowl along with yogurt & spices. Also PLEASE hold avocado half in a kitchen towel before hitting with a sharp knife! Stay safe, your friend Steve

    Being vegan we replace the eggs with potatoes and diary-free cream cheese. This dish came out sooooo goooood!!!!!
