  6. As a vegetarian, I make kusa using Impossible Burger or Beyond Beef. It is delicious and tastes the same as with the beef. The spices I use are gound cumin, allspice, and cinnamon in addition to salt and pepper. And no cow or lamb has to die for me!

  7. Looks nice and delicious but you forgot something very important, when filled and dropped in the pot you need to cover the zucchini with a dish on top to keep them in place or you'll have a Tuttifrutti Kousa 🤪😁

  9. You two made me go get grape leaves and it's a perfect time since I have my daughter and friend over for the next couple days. Weez gonna make werek tomorrow. Yes I'm getting up early in the morning to go get all the ingredients. I'm going to have to buy some oxtails because that's what I will use to steam them with.
