Pecan look yummy but Why in your recipe no maple syrup, I was confused already
Incredibly disappointed in this recipe. Measured all of the ingredients on a scale based off the recipe on the site. Followed the baking instructions and it came out liquidy. Even baking it longer didn’t help. Also does recipe does not match the video exactly.

when u make a pecan pie…u make one small layer of glaze…then a whole layer of pecans…then another small layer of glaze….then a whole other layer of pecans….soooo its not one huge layer of glaze & only one layer of pecans on just the top layer….thats how u do it right…& ull get more customers & r great comments from ur pecan pie than any other ppl r product that makes it….thats a true pecan pie….soooo take notes ppl nxt time u make one…tnk u & ur wlcm….

Do you need a food processor for this recipe?
Baked today using 2 regular pie crusts, that's what I had in my freezer. So I baked 2 pies, but after the 15 minutes at 425, I removed them. I think the baking time should be reduced if using 2 regular pie crusts. They are cooling now. Hope they taste delish!

Just followed the recipe online and I'm in the same boat as everyone else. This video by the preppy kitchen was rushed and the Pecan Pie was runny. I'm a little disappointed because this is the one Pie that I was looking forward to. Merry Christmas Preppy Kitchen, I still love you!!

I love a good pecan pie and this one looks amazing. Best recipe I've ever tried personally was a hybrid between an American pecan pie and Canadian butter tart. Also have tried replacing pecans (due to nut allergies) with chopped up Mars bars.
