  3. Claudia – What are the baking "pans" or "sheets" you put your chips on before you put them in the oven? I need those! LOL

  4. I use Serrano and Habanero chilies, too, but don't remove the seeds. I enjoy it very spicy! I also add pickled red onions to the ingredients you listed, although I don't add any pepper or garlic salt, just conventional salt(to taste). I would think the garlic salt leaves an aftertaste…hmmm? Maybe I'll try adding garlic salt out of curiosity.

  5. Well, we don't add onion, cilantro, and pepper. I cut the avocados and added garlic salt and mash in a bowl with a spoon.Then I add some jalapeรฑo salsa I blended with,onion,garlic salt and tomato sauce and mix it. We don't roast the jalapeรฑos and I leave the seeds or roast the tomatoes. Sometimes, I add tomatoes and sour cream when I make a lot. My grandma showed us that way. Hope you try it.๐Ÿ˜Š

  11. Why remove all of the inside of the tomatoes? If you live in a dry area or the avos aren't quite ripe enough the guac can be wayyyyyy too dry an hour or two after making it. Ive even had it happen living four blocks from the ocean…..
