I failed! 🙁 i made so many different recipes from you and all of them were great. I mean i did pie! And than i saw this and it looks easier. So for some reason my chocolate melted unevenly. And when I dipped my berries it was frozen. So i ended up very messy berries 🙁 also my strawberries were wet because I washed them and the chocolate cover fell down when i take my berries into a plate 🙁 i wrote down maybe some else would read it and not do the same mistakes 🙁

Those are hard to store more than 12-18 hours. Any tips on that? We do need to wash and after that they are hard to dry completely

“Candy Melt” is OK for piping stripes … ((BUT)) it’s TERRIBLE for dipping strawberries…For dipping, use a quality white chocolate.
