Ingredients:
• 10 – 12 small green bell peppers
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 medium size tomato
• ½ bunch of parsley
• ½ bunch of dill
• ½ cup rice
• 250 g ground beef
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp chili paste
• 1.5 cup hot water

  8. Looks so delicious, I always make dolma without meat but trying this recipe today. The description shows 3tbsp olive oil but I didn't see you use it in the video? Does it go inside the peppers or the sauce?

    A pinch of sweet basil or pimento may be added to the minced-meat mix.
