Chicken fajitas are an easy and flavorful weeknight meal. A classic Mexican recipe, juicy chicken is seasoned, seared and cooked to perfection, then tossed with sauteed bell peppers and onions. A squeeze of fresh lime adds a punch of flavor and the chicken fajitas are served with warm tortillas and toppings. You can’t beat this tasty, healthy, family favorite recipe!

  1. Who's ready for an easy, healthy dinner recipe? 🙋‍♀️ Chicken fajitas are one of my favorite year-round recipes as it's easy and flavorful. I also love Mexican cuisine and have recipes for guacamole, pico de gallo, huevos rancheros, shrimp tacos, carne asada and so much more on my website. But what other Mexican favorites would you like to see me whip up? Let me know! xo – Lisa

  2. I like it. A lot. But talk of sugar and the final addition of sour cream is yucky. Still, I think, overall, this is a nice recipe. Just what I, the male cook of the family, am looking for as an addition to my usual stuff, which includes a LOT of Italian stuff (my marinara not only draws rave reviews, but is usable on most every thing Italian, with some adjustments. My Mexican wife LOVES my homemade pizza, and she also loves my quesadillas (which, I admit, vary considerably, just like TRUE Mexican street food). Thanks for presenting so pleasantly. I tried your recipe tonight, but I obviously need to adjust for quantity (It's just my wife) . . . but, when she gets home I think she's gonna like what I did with this recipe. Thank you!

  3. I just made the chicken fajitas and it turned out amazing. Thank you for the recipe ♥️♥️♥️♥️

  4. Made these the other night. A huge hit! Had enough leftover for 2 more meals. Super flavorful.

  5. I really don’t like that she inserts her narrative on the seasonings and tries to guilt her audience about the healthiness of their seasonings just to incorporate her fajita seasoning recipe. Tacky approach. Hate this video

  6. Hi Lisa 🙂 … This recipe looks great and def gonna give it a go 🙂 … Could you please tell me what the tomato based sauce is you added, it doesn't look like a gauc or pico .. ty 🙂

  7. I just made this and it was fantastic outstanding recipe I most definitely will continue to make it

  8. I made your recipe last night and it was delicious. Your home made seasoning mix tasted great. But I used 2 large chicken breasts and needed to double the seasoning amounts. Also, when I cooked the chicken 8 mins wasn't enough, still raw inside. Next time I'll try cutting up the chicken first, seasoning each piece, then frying. I might try tenderizing the chicken (using a cook's hammer) next time. I like my bell peppers cooked until soft, which usually takes about 20 mins. I'm not trying to nick-pick your video, just sharing my observations with others. Looking forward to watching your other videos. Thanks.

  9. ½ tbsp of chili powder
    ½ tbsp of cumin powder
    1tsp of garlic powder
    ½ tsp of paprika
    ½ tsp of oregano
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp of black pepper

    Fajita seasoning
