  2. Wait!?? The title says step by step directions. I watched it because you top one with shrimp but there is no mention of shrimp in the directions other than using it as a topping for the Cajun eggs. I watched the video two or three times, did I miss something?

    I do a version with minced pickled shallots, a little horseradish in the mayo, with a sliver of jalapeno and crumbled bacon on top.

    Love the idea deep-frying the whites.
