When it comes to deserts, this is seriously one of my favorite desserts to make. It requires very few ingredients but is so delicious. It’s always a crowd pleaser and I’m excited to share it with you today. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
For crumble topping:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar + 1tablespoon (I find 1/2 a cup of sugar too sweet but you certainly can do that)
1/2 cup butter, cold and cut into small pieces
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of salt

For the apples:
4-6 apples, any variety, peeled, cured and chopped into wedges
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup milk (I used almond milk)

  7. Hey Well & Tasty, I gave this recipe ago, and I must say it came out so delicious! Many thanks 😊

  8. I don't understand how anyone is making this. Exactly how much flour and sugar is being used.

  9. I used this recipe yesterday to make my family apple crumble, and OH MY GOSH does it taste so good! I did add 40g of oats a bit of the lemon juice into the crumble to give it a bit of a sour tasting crunch and I also used green apples – which did make it a little sour, but that was the best part! And instead of the ice cream I added some yogurt to mine 😶‍🌫, but it still tastes great. Whoever sees this and is wandering if they should use this recipe, I just want to say: YES YOU SHOULD, IT'S SO GOOD!!🤩😉

  10. Browsing the comments, lots of positivity. I'm going to make your recipe over the weekend for my sister and I 😋

  11. Thank you so much for this recipe, it reminds me of the crumble I grew up with but have never been able to get quite right. I'm going to give this one a go. I converted to metric if it's helpful to anyone else: For Crumble Topping:

    240 grams flour
80 grams sugar + 15 grams (You can use 120 grams of sugar if you prefer)
115 grams butter, cold and cut into small pieces
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    Pinch of salt
    For the Apples:

4-6 apples, any variety, peeled, cored, and chopped into wedges
    15 grams sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
60 ml milk (You can use almond milk)
