  1. Stop making lies about pre-shredded cheese — the broth will remove any starch coating and it's edible so it doesn't matter if the coating is cornstarch, tapioca, or cellulose. If you want to TOP it with easily-melting cheese then shred it, sure, that's fine. But as an ingredient? Don't be spewing misinformation; We eat cellulose all the time, and guess what else has cellulose??? BROCCOLI, you utter dingus factory!!!

  3. You're adding chicken stock, then the next, it looks like beef broth. Is this correct, or just a mistake.

  4. I tried this recipe and it separated. I used a sharp cheddar but didn’t find it very flavorful. Added the mustard, salt, pepper And paprika. Suggestions?
