BEEF AND BROCCOLI INGREDIENTS:
►1 lb flank steak very thinly sliced into bite-sized strips
►2 Tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil), divided
►1 lb broccoli (cut into 6 cups of florets)
►2 tsp sesame seeds optional garnish

STIR FRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
►1 tsp fresh ginger grated (loosely packed)
►2 tsp garlic grated (from 3 cloves)
►1/2 cup hot water
►6 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce (or GF Tamari)
►3 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
►1 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
►1/4 tsp black pepper
►2 Tbsp sesame oil

  6. I made this yesterday and it came out so good. I doubled the ingredients for the sauce. I added frozen broccoli because that’s all I had. It came out good and made white rice as well.

  10. I had some fresh broccoli 🥦 so was going to make baked potatoes w/broccoli & cheese 🧀 or just something simple. Then i remembered i had some flank steak in the freezer 🤔 so found this recipe & thawed it out etc. Everything came out great. May the Lord bless your family & this channel 🙏

  11. Simple, straight forward and I liked knowing the meats choices. Flank used to be a cheap meat and not now as it is pricey. Because it was not marinated as it usually is for london broil and sliced thin across grain I found it an interesting choice. In asia stir fri it is tenderized by pounding with a tenderizer mallet or velveting and the meat may be the cheaper round steak or other cuts.

  13. I worked for restaurant businesses , in the back of the house so I didn’t pack lunch

    If I did it would be a couple chicken salad sandwiches with white American cheese and thinly sliced cucumbers . Some Fritos or potato chips
    Bag of grapes milk/ 100% fruit juices .

    If I have an extra 20$ I’d make roast beef white American cheese , tomatoes salted and peppered, mayo iceberg lettuce if I got another 10$ I’ll get 2 boxes of those little Debbie peanut butter cookie sandwich things, as well.
