  1. I Wanna Know What Glove Is……. Am I sensing a random possibly quarterly Waltwins members only bloopers or failed cook video? Also, I like to warm my deli style corned beef along with the sauerkraut….OMG you can't imagine.

OK, ok, enough of the critique, this is a SOLID cook my Bros! I'm a huge fan of the reuben and it's hard to find a good one. Everyone has their own favorite version and that's OK, it's like my grandma can whip your grandma. As long as it's good, no one can argue.

And now for my usual what if: What if it was a reuben, topped with mac and cheese, kraut, stone ground mustard and bread and butter pickles? Just a thought.

    TWIN ON!!!

  2. Also I can I suggest something?? If you want to try cooking the ingrediences Kraut CB and cheese seperate from the bread and covered, While the bread is getting toasted. The kraut will steam cook the corned beef and melt the cheese. once the cheese is melted then build that sucker!!

  3. Corned beef gets put on the grill in a puddle of butter, sauerkraut on the grill also in a puddle of butter, add a couple of spoons of dressing into the sauerkraut, toss that mixture on the grill like 20 seconds mixing the dressing into the sauerkraut, now build the sandy…..

  4. One suggestion I have is cooking the sauerkraut with the corned beef. That is how we used to do it at the restaurant I worked at.

  5. I like to add a little brown sugar to my kraut first just for that little bit of sweetness. My husband has to have onions on practically everything, so that goes on ( thought about grilled onions), and try spreading mayo on outside for toasting, works great. Looks good y'all. The newest thing I wanna try is a Reuben burger!

  6. Gents. I made it and it rocked, great job and thank you. Now tell me where I can pick up a couple of those cool serving/cutting boards you were eating off of. Keep up the great work!

  7. You guys killed it. Awesome looking Sammy. The key to a great Reuben is THINLY sliced meat.

  8. Maybe you guys don't like kraut. Because your eating it straight out of the jar. Drain and rinse. Then add a couple tablespoons of brown sugar. Warm it up. Then add it to your sandwich. Or hot dog. Throw it in a crockpot with a pork roast and kielbasa..

  9. If you toast the bread on both sides, your dressing and sauerkraut won't turn your bread to mush as easily.

  10. I’m making this today. I just need to get Swiss cheese. I seared slices of corned beef in the can. That’s how I’m trying this first time. I don’t have pickles but I have dill relish I’ll try.

  11. I can’t slice this thin. Got a hint for me when I buy a corned beef to roast myself. Maybe shred it ? No caraway seeds ? I always thought a Ruben had caraway seeds on it. . I only had one in my life. But I’m going to go head first in today.

  12. Yes so a rubin is a rubin because of the crowd that's like having a macaroni salad with no macaroni

  13. Imagine clicking on the recipe for your favorite sandwich, only to be subjected to views of 2 chubby goatees for 10 minutes. Is this a recipe or a TikTok?

  14. There are a few places where I live that have a good reuben. However, the best Reuben is the one I make. I make sauerkraut all the time and when I have a new batch, its Reuben time!! Homemade sauerkraut is the game changer to me.

    Story Time:
A couple of weeks ago I had a new batch of 'kraut. I went to the store and bought all the fixins' and came home. My friend said he really didn't like sauerkraut. I said thats because you've never had it homemade. Its a completely different taste. I ferment mine with dill and summer savory just like my parents and grandparents did since the "old country".

Long story short, I made a sandwich, he tasted it and I had to make another! I always have to have a crock of sauerkraut now because you never know when Rueben Fever strikes! Plus I like to eat a little every day.

Your Ruben looks really good too. Love the marbled rye. Guess what i'm having for lunch tomorrow?!
Nice griddle BTW! You guys enjoy!!!

  15. I love Reuben sandwiches! Yours looked fantastic. For me, the more kraut the better. But warm it up. I stack meat, kraut, then cap it with the swiss cheese right on the griddle. Then place that on the dressed, toasting rye bread. Great job guys

  16. You guys say "KROUT" ONE MORE FKN TIME, I'm literally going to take a long walk off a short cliff. If I have to hear sexual mouth noises you make "mmmhmmmm uhhhgmmmm ohhhhhh" SHUT. YOUR. FKN. MOUTHS.

  17. Are you in Florida? Looks like you’re cooking in the Thunder Dome…R.I.P. Tina Turner.

“Two men enter, one twin leaves”…now there’s some content I’d watch! 😂

    But yeah, nice Reuben.

  18. Here's hack: add caramelized diced onion and relish to your thousand island dressing and create Animal Style sauce from In n Out Burger. Adds even more flavor.
