I just got one from Costco today and it's great. I found your vid looking to find out how the peanut butter moose has such a creamy cheese cake type consistency. You answered my question, a block of cream cheese. 😁 You for sure nailed the look too. Your skills are professional.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly! My peanut butter layer didn't turn out as nice b/c I placed all the PB layer ingredients in the bowl at once. Edit: I added more heavy cream bit by bit until I'd mixed in another cup and it made it fluffier. So, if you make the same mistake, this is how I've fixed it. The consistency now looks the same as in the video. Also, I'll sift the powdered sugar next time.

This was marvelous and very delicious! I just made this yesterday for mothers day and everyone loved it, it was gone in no time haha! Only thing i did different was add half cup less of powdered sugar and only 2 tbsp of sugar, i cant stand when sweets are TOO sweet, i think it was perfect and i cant wait to make it agian, thank you!
