  1. how do you get the onion small out of your cutting board? When I do it, then cut apples, my apples stink!

  2. I grew up in Washington state, we said, “ I don’t give a rip” . So it might be the 60’s / 70”s thing.

  3. I know this video is YEARS old, but for Father’s Day my Dad made it easy & said, just order pizza…but, well…We need something to go with & I’m pretty sure this & you and your Mom making stuffed mushrooms are 2 of my favorite “go to” dishes. I live in a VERY small town in TX…have most of my life, and though “that housewife” was one of my favorites, I have never heard anyone but her say that. My favorite southern phrase is “well aren’t you precious”, if I’m not saying it to a baby, then it’s almost sure to be an insult…but nobody (unless you live here) knows that, and as a true southern, even our insults are nice…

  4. Okay…now I just read some of the other comments, and oh my God with the negative…impressive that you still put yourself out there. Your videos are great & I don’t “give a rip” about any of them. Hope you don’t either. Oh my, aren’t they precious! 🤦‍♀️

  5. Of course I'm from New Braunfels. "TEXAS" and, you guessed it, "I don't give a rip" about adding mint to this recipe. However, everything else looks wonderful and I'm planning on making it tonight using fresh Armenian cucumbers out of my garden. Two questions: what about using Balsamic vinegar fresh garlic Chives out of my garden? OBTW, it's 103 degrees as I type.

  6. Nice in our home we made wuth almost same ingredients except dill and sugar and we use fresh coriander instead of mint normally we have this salad with beef pelaue and biryani
