Such a great way with green beans! Love how the tomato and onion sprinkled across the top acts like a sponge, soaking up the dressing then slowly dripping down onto the green beans. Works well because dressing doesn’t really cling that well to beans!

TIP: Best dressing for beans are thickened like this Lemon Dressing (thickened with mustard) so they coat the beans better. Also, you MUST dry the beans! Otherwise the Dressing won’t stick to it!!

  1. I recently had this dish out at an Italian restaurant. They also added finely chopped kalamata olives and served the beans warm, it was perfect. Can’t wait to make this.
