INGREDIENTS
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp corn starch
salt and pepper to taste ( i used 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper)
1 lb Flank Steak
2 Tbs lemon juice
olive oil (i used about 2 Tbs, maybe more)
1 large onion
1 large green bell pepper

Loved this cooked it tonight on a bed of rice. I didn't use your combo of spices but was inspired by it. I used the lemon & the rest in the fridge along with a taco seasoning mix I love….fully cheated. It was so good and I wouldn't have thought to do this without seeing this video so thank you Claudia 🙂
