Before I started making these KOSHER DILL PICKLES at home, I really didn’t care much for them and generally didn’t even eat the spear that usually come with a deli sandwich. Once you try these, you’ll se why. And try not to be intimidated by canning! No big deal. You’ll see how easy it is here. I hope you try these pickles.   1. I have that exact water bath canner, but I have never tried steam canning. Is steaming as reliable as covering the jars in water?
