Boom. Appetizer 101
akis…good one. suggestion: I saw a new product out. It's black California caviar. Has consistency of hard cheese. I shave a little for garnish and add parsley. It would really compliment this recipe vs. the olives. Prettier.
ask you foodie pals about it. it almost looks like shoe polish in a tin. Very strong flavor from the sea.. you just shave a little..
marry me
Τέλεια! Κάνω κι εγώ όμως πολύ ωραίον ταραμά με λευκό αντί για ροζ. Θα δοκιμάσω και το δικό σου Άκη μου!
if i don't have Fish cod Roe then?
Amazing! 😆
Hey can you please make a keto dish?
I love taramosalata! The hardest part is finding cod roe…

What kind of olive oil are you using? Is it "extra virgin GREEK olive oil"?

😍😙❤🌹
You need to start sharing what you serve with these dishes.
The taramasalata we make is pink because the roe is a deep pink.
I love this stuff. I think I just found my new favorite channel. I've watched a few of your videos already, and I love your recipes and presentation style.
What is the substitute of fish for the vegiterian version?
It's like butter… but made with fish
There's another version with boiled potatoes instead of bread. Which one is more authentic?
It's the hummus of the ocean.
How did people make this before they had kitchen machines
Too fast dude!
really can't understand this one…😮
