  1. akis…good one. suggestion: I saw a new product out. It's black California caviar. Has consistency of hard cheese. I shave a little for garnish and add parsley. It would really compliment this recipe vs. the olives. Prettier​.

    ask you foodie pals about it. it almost looks like shoe polish in a tin. Very strong flavor from the sea.. you just shave a little..
