  1. Mayo and sweet relish is tarter sauce lol. That's how we do it in RI. Million ways to make Cole slaw. Mostly mayo, celery seeds, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots and sugar. Love fried clams, clam cakes and stuffies. Quick stuffies add caughogs into food processor for 2 quick pulses, add juice mix with savory stove top stuffing crushed, add clam juice if not enough juice. Amazing and fast. Thought I would get a fried clam lol

  2. Thanks for this great video! I've been doing fish and chips, fisherman platter, fried whole belly clams for ages but it never occurred to me to put Old Bay into the mix! My wife bought me a t-shirt that says I put Old Bay on my own Bay. What a fool I've been! Thanks again for video all the best Cheers.
