This is one of the freshest things you can prepare during the summer days here! It is really close to tzatziki in ingredients, but we serve it as a soup, not as a sauce. If you skip the water it becomes dry tarator and is closer to the tzatziki sauce.
Products:
1 cucumber

Perfect idea for summer dinner!
This looks so refreshing!! I am imagining dipping some roasted potatoes in it 😝 Also, I think garlic should never be "optional". Garlic is life. 🧄
I've never had this, I must try it soon as it's so hot! I'm looking forward to the yogurt tutorial. It was great seeing babushka, like an old, dear friend!
Oh yeah, garlic is never optional 🙂

What was on the edge of the bowl? 4:30 😳🪰
I'm not a fan of cold soups like Gazpacho but I will try this – I've got always yoghurt, garlic, walnuts and cucumber at home.
It looks like Tzatziki which I love so will definitely give this a go.
I agree with babushka about equal ratios of cucumbers and garlic, she's on the money there!
also, absolutely genius addition of walnuts! can't wait to try
also, homemade yogurt? c a n t w a i t !!
Like Tzatziki, but with dill and walnuts! Got to make that soon! 😋
Greets to Babushka, nice to see her again! 😂😹
