    I just viewed "Sam the Cooking Guy" again, and gave him another chance. He failed. Turned over the steak so many times – many times- I guess he wanted it to be dry – But the worst crime?? He used a beautiful Prime Rib Roast, to make a "Jalapeno Sandwich" – that's like taking a Lamborghini, and installing a Ford Pinto engine – (one small request): Please! Please Do Not Ever, spread Ricotta cheese, over Rigatoni – that is a major violation – and thanks for the Avocado Tuna Salad with No mayo !!
