I have made Natasha’s shortcake and that from bon appetite by molly baz and i can tell, that I loved the amount of butter and the crusty edges and cookie/cake taste of Natasha’s shortcake. But I loved how molly baz adds lemon to the strawberries. I totally agree with the ingredients Natasha used but I loved the technique of molly baz.
