Marinade:
300g pork (loin or belly)
50g Char Sui powder
¼ cup water
Pickled vegetables:
1 carrot
½ onion
3 mini red peppers or 1 hot chili
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
150g Vietnamese Cha Lua pork roll
40g liver pate
⅓ cucumber
10g cilantro
2 green onion
4 tbsp mayonnaise

The pate and steamed pork are delicious already, charsiu becomes superfluous.
