  3. you forgot lettuce lol… and we dont put pomegranit paste in it. This is a little different, its not a "lebanese" fattouch per say, although it still looks really delicious lol

  4. Lebanese don't use sumac which is solely used in syrian dishes, but they have professed the art of stealing syrian dishes and marketing them as lebanese throughout the world. Smh

  5. I mean it's ok to add something but then isn't it the variant of the original? U can call it whatever u want but not original thing. Like u can add anything in beef bolognese but original has specific ingredients.
    By the way Sumac is kind of dried corse ground berry. It has lemonish taste
