  2. Instead of corn starch I used coconut milk and it worked perfectly (i figure any plant based milk will work, not sure about diary).

  10. I put the cornstarch, in a slurry of about 3 tablespoons of water. The cornstarch gets incorporated into the sauce faster, because it's already dissolved.
