2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Pepper Paste
1 Bunch Flat Parsley
4-5 Sticks Green Onions
2 tsp Salt *to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper *to taste
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes *to taste
1 Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 Cup Light Olive Oil *may use more or less
