We are going to place thin layer of bulgur in a baking pan, top it with minced meat filling. Then close it with another bulgur layer and bake.
If you have a pan that fits to your air fryer you can also do a smaller version of it in your air fryer as well. The recipe also suitable to shape in traditional içli köfte / kibbeh. But I will show you how you can do that in different ways in the upcoming episodes too!

  3. I think should balance to eat vegetables or meat amount. Not much extra in vegetable or meat both eat in a certain amount. Like my mom chicken with potatoes.
