How To Make Chermoula In Under 2 Minutes | Ep 559

1 cup fresh parsley
1 cup fresh coriander
1 green chilli
5 garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin

  2. Will the lemon juice cook the meats when used as a marinade? Also, for best results how long should it marinade if i was going to use this on chicken thighs?

    Seeing as you never really know what you're going to get chili wise……I think I might substitute Harissa.
    For me, it's a pretty much a consistent heat.

  4. Fantastic recipe, simple and so good! We had grilled sausages with it, yummy! I added a long lost bunch of dill from my refrigerator in addition to parsley and cilantro. Also, I had only half of jalapeno and small green chili pepper from indian deli, but it worked well! Thanks for sharing with us!
