  2. this was so good, i made it for a boy scout meeting, and it turned out great. i didn't have enough time to make it smooth, so i just called it rustic.

  3. I just made this for dinner tonight and it was excellent!! I followed the recipe, except I excluded the sour cream, and it was still heavenly! Made some crispy homemade yeast bread to go with it. Also, I made his recipe for blueberry muffins, which are the bomb.. Yep, I'm buying his book!

  5. If you want a gluten-free Soup just skip the flour. Cube and boil two large potatoes in a small amount of water in a covered pan when fully cooked and put in a blender and purée with some butter and a little liquid from the pan. Near the end of the process for cooking soup at the cook potatoes in it will thicken it right up. It will look like runny mashed potatoes before you add it to the soup. I used red potatoes as I believe they are the creamiest.
    Know if you’re lactose intolerant don’t use the milk just use heavy A2 cream and grass fed butter She usually doesn’t have any milk product mixed in with the cream when they make the butter.
