BEST EVER Cranberry Orange Bread



Cranberry orange bread is one of my FAVORITE things to eat year round! I always stock up on frozen cranberries so I can quickly bake a cranberry orange loaf, cranberry muffins or even cranberry scones! Can you tell I love cranberries? This cranberry orange loaf stays moist for days and is bursting with juicy cranberries. Always a crowd pleaser and so easy to make when you’re in a pinch!

📌INGREDIENTS:
◾️2 ½ cups cranberries (some chopped up)
◾️1/2 tbsp flour
Dry:
◾️2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
◾️2 tsp baking powder
◾️1/4 tsp salt
Wet:
◾️1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
◾️1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
◾️2 eggs, room temp
◾️1 tsp vanilla
◾️1 large orange, zest and ¼ cup orange juice
◾️1 cup whole milk, room temp
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

    Hi, Sara!
    That cranberry orange bread looks great! I add orange juice to my cranberry sauce, so I know that this was good. I agree that dried are not the same as fresh or frozen cranberries. I also agree that orange zest is what really gives flavor…even more than the juice.
    I could definitely use a warm slice of this bread with a bit of butter on it, haha

    I looked at a lot of recipes on Youtube for an orange cranberry loaf. they all had ingredients i didn’t have, or used a stand mixer, etc. This easy straightforward recipe and video is the one for me. Thank you for sharing. I will be checking out more of your channel.
