This is the best chicken noodle soup in my opinion. It hits every nostalgic flavor note perfectly, and best of all it only takes 30 minutes to prepare. I just hope you have your chicken stock on hand. If not, I won’t judge you.

  1. Tried the recipe! It's not bad at all. I added more veggies, and, if you like a lot of noddle in your chicken noodle, I would up the pasta quantity by half.

  7. Just wanted to note that this recipe is slightly different than the recipe in your book. Also, in your stock video you don’t roast the veg.

  12. Hey Josh. This might seem like a silly question but, if you are using pre-made homemade stock from the freezer, do you have any good tips for defrosting it? Or do I have to just remember to take it out 4 hours beforehand (which kinda defeats the quick and easy thing).
