  1. diced tomatoes only, otherwise golden. I also recommend seasoning your chips before topping them. Any Latin spice seasoning will work.

  2. I know this video was some time ago, but I watched three videos just now. and I like this one 🥰. This looks delicious and Amazing! and Quick! I made this recipe with Taco bowls that I bought at store before they went out of business. I have lots of Tortillas in our freezer, I wouldn't want to make this much, just a reasonable size pan. Um, hungry just looking at pan .I have some of the items on hand just the vegetables and sour cream and taco seasoning is all I need. 😉

  5. Thank you for sharing this recipte, May I ask how high the temperatur for last step to melt cheese about 15min? it is 375 F ok ? Nacho is one of our family's favorite foods !

  8. Animal fat is THE BEST fat, just keep cooking till the WATER goes away 🎉

  9. Unless you have some very fatty mince meat, do not drain "the fat". By doing that you're literally pouring the flavour out of the meat and down the drain. Just a get a good quality lean mince meat and let those juices cook down until there's none – or very little – left in the pan.

  10. It's 5am and I want Nachos for breakfast. The best part was the dance after she put the Nachos in the oven. Oh and of course tasting the end product.
