Ingredients for 2 breads:

500 g all-purpose flour
50 g sun-dried tomatoes
50 g mix pitted olives
1 sprig of rosemary
4 sprigs of thyme
½ tsp dried garlic
½ tsp dried oregano
30 ml extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

  3. I made this recipe, make sure you have enough water or you’ll be kneading bread for way to long and ruin your dough, you don’t want the dough as it is in the video before the cook kneads

  4. I watched America's Test Kitchen's fougasse recipe this morning. This one is bigger with more flavors mixed in the dough. Also, it doesn't require a stand mixer. If I were to make fougasse, it would be this one.
