  7. This was super easy, but too lemony at 1/2 cup of lemon for me and my tribe. I ended up adding about 1.5 teaspoons of sugar to overcome the tartness and 4 tablespoons of butter at the end. Not sure if it was my wine that made it so tart? I used a chardonnay. I also added a little bit of cornstarch mixed with cold water to thicken the sauce. I like it to stick more to the noodles. But you are still my favorite chef and I am hopelesssly devoted to my favorite Virgo!
