  1. I love pineapple and in good science pineapple on pizza makes sense. I have a problem with the garbage canned pineapple being used. Take wet garbage pineapple and put it on a pizza and it miraculously is dried out and wet at the same time. That is a pizza injustice.

  2. Wait a tick? “Fruit doesn’t belong on pizza” … tomatoes are fruit!! Also, I love pineapple on pizza, but I don’t like Hawaiian pizza.

  4. I would never order a Hawaiian pizza myself. But if we are a large group ordering a few different pizzas, including the infamous Hawaiian, I may give in for a slice!

  6. I've never been fundamentally opposed to the idea of Hawaiian pizza, it just isn't my first choice. That being said, Spam and pineapple is an awesome combo. That pizza looks like it would be great and I'm eager to try it.

  7. i would eat at chef Tom’s restaurant every day lol everything he makes looks so great and some of my favorite meals I’ve made in the past year were recipes from this channel. I don’t have a fancy grill or the same ingredients all the time but, these videos are inspiring for sure!

  8. I've never been a Spam fan before but you've never steered me wrong Chef so I will be giving this a try!! I love the char put on the Spam and the Pineapple. I've been using your sauce recipe for quite a while and your pizza dough recipe when I want it fairly quick but if I feel like I have time a few days ahead, I use Vito Iacopelli's double fermented and poolish recipe which takes two and a half days but the juice is worth the squeeze!! I have a Masterbuilt Gravity Series smoker that gets up to 700 degrees and it works great for perfect Pies!!

  9. I want to buy the pizza oven for my 640s but where do you store it when not in use? Does it fit under the smoker? I don't have room anywhere to store that big oven and all it's parts

  13. Yeah but that particular pizza coming out of the oven…yuck.
    That is a typical mistake by non Italian cooks. That looks like bread with crap on it.
    No breaking the rules I breaka u face.
