Recipe: https://eatsimplefood.com/prosciutto-wrapped-melon/
This cantaloupe melon wrapped in prosciutto is one of the easiest & lightest recipes for a hot summer day.
Don’t turn the stove on and bring down the heat in your kitchen, home, and body with this cool and refreshing snack.
Prosciutto is a salt cured & thinly sliced Italian ham that does not need to be cooked and is referred to as “crudo”. Refreshing & delicious….
Prosciutto is delicate and can be tricky – sometimes it’s hard to wrap around the melon and you kinda just gotta stick it on there. Luckily, it’s sticky to begin with :). Having trouble wrapping it? I get it – just pile it on the top and start eating.
Want a cheese to serve with it? The saltiness of a hard Parmesan cheese pairs well with the silkiness of Prosciutto and the sweetness of fruit.
These recipe is delicious with honeydew melons too.

This shit looks tasty I’ll definitely try this next time I get some prosciutto.
